Xiaomi Redmi 7A Heading to India: Features & Specifications

Xiaomi is heading to Indian markets with an affordable smartphone. The phone named Redmi 7A may be launched in India next month.

The Redmi 7A smartphone was launched in China in May, which was available for sale on 6th June. Xiaomi launched this smartphone with Redmi’s 20 and Redmi 20 Pro. The company is bringing these two smartphones in India as well.

Although Xiaomi has not confirmed that these three smartphones will be launched simultaneously in India. Xiaomi Redmi K 20 and K 20 Pro smartphones are going to be launched in India next month. Along with the smartphone, Xiaomi also launched Redmi Book 14 in China.

Xiaomi Redmi 7A variants

Xiaomi Redmi 7A smartphone can be launched in two variants. The base variant of the smartphone launched in China with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal in 549 yuan (about 5,500 rupees).

The other variant of the phone packed with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage. In China, the price of this phone is 599 yuan (about 6000 rupees). Even in India, these smartphones will be launched in same storage variants.

Xiaomi Redmi 7A Configuration

The Xiaomi Redmi 7A smartphone offers a 5.45 inch HD Plus display and works on the Octacore Qualcom Snapdragon 439 processor.

The phone runs on MUI 10 based Android 9.0 pie. This smartphone with dual sim support comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 and 32 GB storage option which can be expanded up to 256 GB with the help of Micro SD card.

The smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera, which comes with LED flash. In the front, the company has given a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Unfortunately, the phone comes without  a fingerprint sensor. The phone has 4000 MAH battery onboard with Dual 4G support, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity options.
